Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PoshCache. We are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, natural disasters, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

PoshCache may utilize one or more of the following shipping carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Other reputable shipping providers

The carrier used will depend on the size, weight, destination, and service availability for each order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

PoshCache is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

PoshCache is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delayed by the carrier
  • Marked as delivered but reported missing
  • Stolen after delivery

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues and to file any necessary claims.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating packages when possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country.

PoshCache has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the package and contents.
  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
