Return & Refund Policy

At PoshCache, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and free from odors, stains, damage, alterations, or excessive wear.
  • Original tags, if applicable, must remain attached.
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged item, defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned in a different condition than originally received
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, odor, stains, or alteration after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please submit a return request, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
